TOGETHER

TogetHER is a service designed for the female students of the Politecnico di Milano, which have to travel in unsafe conditions due to the context in which the campus is located, such as Bovisa. Travelling alone in a suburban area when it is dark outside strongly affects the freedom, the feelings and the safety of the young women. The challenge is to redesign the mobility of the young women in the city of Milan. We start from the fact that being in the company of others helps to create a sense of confidence that encourage people towards activities that they wouldn’t do alone. TogetHER offers the possibility to share the journey between female students. By downloading the app, you can get in touch with other female students, organize and spend the trip together. A simple solution to feel safer and make the others feel safer too.
